1. What are the access hours at The Attic Self Storage?

All of our locations offer gate access from 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM, 365 days a year, including holidays. You can access your unit on your schedule—early morning or late evening.

2. When is the office open?

Office hours are typically Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM–11:00 AM and 1:00 PM–5:30 PM. We’re also open the first and last Saturday of each month from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM to help accommodate weekend visits.

3. Do you offer climate-controlled storage units?

Yes! Select locations—including Walnut Hill and Central in Dallas—offer climate-controlled storage to help protect your belongings from extreme heat and humidity.

4. What type of security is in place?

Your peace of mind is our priority. All of our facilities are fenced, gated, and monitored by security cameras, with on-site management for added safety and service.

5. Do you have drive-up access storage units?

Yes, each of our locations offers drive-up access units for easy loading and unloading—perfect for storing large or heavy items without the hassle of stairs or elevators.

6. How do I rent a storage unit?

You can call, email, or visit any of our five locations to reserve your unit. Our friendly managers are happy to walk you through unit sizes, pricing, and availability.

Yes! Our Allen location offers online bill pay for added convenience, and we’re working to expand digital options across all our locations.
